# iBookkeeper

> iBookkeeper is an accounting and business-launch firm in Samarkand, Uzbekistan. It registers companies in Uzbekistan for foreign and local founders, including getting each founder a PINFL (personal identification number) and the company an EDS key (electronic digital signature) for its taxpayer number, and then keeps the books, files tax reports and runs HR records. It works in English, Uzbek and Russian and has served more than 100 clients from 18 countries.

iBookkeeper is a private company registered in Uzbekistan. Its office is in Samarkand; documents and reporting are handled online, and clients get in touch via Telegram, WhatsApp, phone or e-mail. Prices are agreed individually after a conversation about the client's case, then fixed in a signed paper contract; the firm does not publish a price list. Client names are not published.

How it works: (1) a conversation in English, Uzbek or Russian about the business; (2) agreement on the work and the price, then a paper contract; (3) registration of the company with all its founders — foreign, local or both — including the choice of legal form and tax regime; (4) a PINFL for every founder and the EDS key for the company's taxpayer number, which usually takes 1–2 days.

A recent case: a couple from China opened an educational organization in Samarkand. iBookkeeper registered both of them as co-founders, got each of them a PINFL and obtained an EDS key for the organization's taxpayer number.
