Common questions
How long does it take to register a company in Uzbekistan?
The registration itself is decided within one working day. With the PINFL, EDS key and bank account, plan for two to four weeks end to end.
How much does it cost to open a company in Uzbekistan?
State fees are small and set in base values. Most of the cost is market services: translations, notary, the legal address, the bank and accounting.
Want us to do it for you?
iBookkeeper registers companies for foreign and local founders and keeps their books afterwards. We talk it through in English, Uzbek or Russian first; once we agree, we sign a paper contract.
