What is a PINFL and why does a founder need one?

A PINFL is the personal identification number of an individual in Uzbekistan. Government and tax services identify a person by it. We get one for every foreign founder.

EDS stands for electronic digital signature. A company uses it to sign tax reports and documents on government portals. We obtain the EDS key for the company's taxpayer number; together with the PINFL this usually takes 1–2 days.

Do I have to be in Samarkand?

No. Our office is in Samarkand, and our clients are all over Uzbekistan. Documents and reporting are online; we keep in touch via Telegram, WhatsApp or phone.

Which languages do you work in?

English, Uzbek and Russian. Documents are prepared in the language you need.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on your case, so we discuss it in conversation. Once we agree, we sign a paper contract that sets out the work and the price.

Can you keep the company's books after registration?

Yes. We keep the books, file tax reports, run HR records and support contracts with foreign partners — one partner for all of the company's paperwork.

Two founders from China, an educational organization in Samarkand

A couple from China came to us to open an educational organization in Samarkand. We registered both of them as co-founders, got each of them a personal identification number (PINFL) and obtained an EDS key for the organization's taxpayer number.
